CU*Answers Reaches Seventy-Five Clients for It’s Me 247 Bill Pay

CU*Answers said their recently announced partnership with Payveris, a next generation online mobile payments company, with a primary goal of delivering online banking and payment services to credit union members at a fraction of the cost, is quickly growing.

Within the first two months of the official announcement, seventy-five credit unions have signed up for It’s Me 247 Bill Pay service via Payveris.

With most bill pay services, members quickly notice that they are being sent to a third party bill pay vendor location, outside their online banking system. With It’s Me 247 Bill Pay, that’s no longer an issue as members are provided a bill payment environment which incorporates an identical look and feel to the It’s Me 247 online banking system. CU*Answers said this represents its very first native user interface for electronic bill pay services and it has been enthusiastically received.

Multiple quick pay widgets were added within It’s Me 247 Online Banking to more quickly navigate, make payments, and transfer funds. Since bill pay users often represent a credit union’s most profitable members, offering another tool that enhances a member’s experience when utilizing these services adds a valued member retention component.
