CU*Answers credit union clients will now be able to offer electronic tax forms for the 2016 tax year to their members through the online banking product It’s Me 247. Now members can access these documents just like they access their e-statements.

“This is an exciting online retail product offering that provides members tax-related financial services right at their fingertips”, states John Beauchamp, Vice President Imaging Solutions.

CU*Answers Imaging Solutions will have these tax forms ready at the same time as sending the tax information to the print vendors. Although these electronic forms come at a small cost, the benefits of moving to an electronic delivery for tax related documents gives self-service members quick access, improved security (no paper in the mail) and will be accessible for three years.
