CU*Answers Provides Clients with New Online Campus

West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced that it will be providing its credit union clients with a new and improved online campus for industry and software training. The CUSO indicated that credit unions will be able to access their training site from a direct link in its core processing platform, CU*BASE®. The new online campus will offer credit unions easier navigation, new credit union-specific classes designed by industry experts, and an optional administrator login for assignment and tracking of staff training.

CU*Answers added that the new online campus is brought to the credit unions by CU Training Inc., an organization that delivers learning-management solutions exclusively to credit unions. And just like today, the campus will contain CU*BASE courses and a limited number of soft-skills courses, and is free of charge. A CUSO representative noted, “CU*Answers is committed to not only getting the software into the hands of credit unions, but giving them multiple avenues through which to learn how to maximize their data processing investment. Between our online campus, OnDemand videos, Step-by-Step instructions, reference materials, and more, CU*Answers has put an emphasis on client education.”
