West Michigan-based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, and its Lender*VP division are happy to announce App Check for the core processing platform, CU*BASE®. This new feature gives loan applications a “final check” so management can be sure their loan officers don’t forget to get everything needed to complete the application.
The CUSO added that since App Check is activated at the employee level, credit unions can use this strictly as a training tool, and implement it only with new loan officers. Once activated, the system will verify that all information the credit union deems required is filled in and warns the employee of any missing content. A Lender*VP representative added, “App Check adds one more layer to the robust offering of training products at CU*Answers, and takes the training directly to the software. Credit unions will be able to benefit greatly from this tool by ensuring their staff doesn’t miss key pieces of information when completing a loan application.”
