CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, announced it will be deploying the latest software upgrade to its flagship core processing system, CU*BASE®, in May. The 16.5 software upgrade will be released to online clients on May 15th and will be deployed to self-processing clients on June 6th. The software upgrade is one out of three major deployments in the CUSO’s annual software release plan. The release has several exciting new features that touch nearly every facet of the core processing system including new member facing tools, marketing enhancements for cross sales, multiple CEO/management reporting dashboard enhancements, lending eSignature ability, audit/compliance enhancements, and much more.

The cooperative CUSO stated that up to 85% of software ideas implemented with CU*BASE upgrades come directly from client suggestion. Client operations should not be interrupted by the new software upgrade and all software improvements are being released to clients at no additional cost.
