CU*Answers is on target to comply with Fannie Mae’s investor reporting changes effective with the February 2017 reporting cycle. The system will be updated to allow loan activity reports (LARs) to be sent to Fannie Mae on a daily basis and the required monthly reporting will be changed from the 31st to the 22nd of the month. The system changes are complete and software testing is wrapping up. Next up will be the documentation and client training that will occur in November.
