As part of this new partnership, CU*Answers now offers clients a more user-friendly webinar experience, higher video and audio quality, and compatibility with more platforms and devices. Perhaps the best part about this new partnership from a client perspective is the cost. Zoom does away with the previous webinar fees clients had to pay per webinar attended. All webinars are now completely free for clients to attend, no matter the length of the webinar or the number of staff who attend.

CU*Answers made the switch to Zoom as part of its goal to increase the quality and quantity of video chatting between its staff and clients, both of whom report a positive experience using the new video-conferencing service. “Feedback from both internal and external communications has been overwhelmingly positive,” remarked CU*Answers Vice President of Professional Services Pete Winninger.
