CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based CUSO, recently announced it has teamed up with MoneyDesktop as a Personal Finance Management (PFM) tool. It said this newest tool is accessed when utilizing the It’s Me 247 Online Banking system. They went on to say that a participating credit union’s members will immediately see a “MoneyDesktop” button right on It’s Me 247, which will provide a direct link to the MoneyDesktop website.

Once an account has been set up, members will have the ability to set up accounts from other financial institutions to improve their MoneyDesktop user experience. Once logged in, members can view balances and associated transactions for their accounts from various financial institutions.

CU*Answers said it chose to team with MondeyDesktop as it represents one of the fastest-growing PFM solutions for financial institutions today. It said the value provided by this MoneyDesktop partnership will help its credit union clients increase member online banking penetration and usage, increase lending opportunities, and allow its CU*BASE data processing clients to remain ahead of the competition by allowing members to better control and manage their finances.
