CU*Answers, data processor to nearly 200 credit unions nationwide, recently announced its latest marketing service: video customization. As part of this new service, the credit union service organization will customize any of its member-facing online banking video tutorials to include credit union branding. With the basic customization package, credit unions will see their logo replace the It’s Me 247 Online Banking logo at the beginning and end of the video. The credit union can also request that their phone number and website address be added to the video.

As part of the deluxe package, CU*Answers will use the credit union’s own online banking environment to recreate the video and will even customize the voiceover to include the credit union name. CU*Answers expects this to be a popular new service as educational marketing is quickly taking the lead in effective marketing solutions. According to Intrepid Marketing Solutions, educational marketing is 29 times more effective than media advertising.
