West Michigan-based data processor, CU*Answers, announced a new enhancement to Non-Member data files.  Included as part of the CU*BASE^® 11.6 Software Release, Credit Unions can now store Photo IDs for Non-Members and indicate that a Photo ID has been scanned.  CU*Answers stated these new Non-Member tools are being created to help track and associate Non-Members that are doing business with your Credit Union.  Once an ID is stored on the CU*BASE system ,the new Photo ID upgrade allows Credit Union employees to quickly and easily verify the person they are currently serving without having to ask for a form of identification.  CU*Answers went on to say that they are happy to announce this software enhancement was released at no charge to any CU*Answers client.
