As part of their ongoing commitment to client education, CU*Answers schedules hundreds of training sessions throughout the year, including classroom sessions, on-site training, and webinars. Among the most popular, however, are the West Michigan CUSO’s regional training events that take the training event on the road.

In May, CU*Answers hosted regional training events in Northern Michigan at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union and TBA Credit Union. The sessions were hosted by Pete Winninger, VP of Professional Services, and Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education.

“Both events were well attend by our clients, and the material was also well received”, said Laura Welch-Vilker. “The content of each event included an overview of CU*Answers’ latest software release, a lending dashboard review, and covered the Lender*VP Top Ten and training and education resources available to our clients.”

Winninger added: “The purpose of regional training events is to bring education onsite in areas where we have a high concentration of clients. We host many web conferences throughout the year, but regional training events are a great way for our team to get to the client site for face-to-face connections.” CU*Answers hosts regional events throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
