CU*Answers Network Services launches new revenue sharing SILO program

CU*Answers Network Services is pleased to announce that it has launched a new managed technology services revenue sharing program for Certified CU*BASE Distributors. Partners can select referral or co-delivery models and earn income based on technology products sold and services delivered to Complete Care managed network clients. Called the SILO program by CNS, the program is a great opportunity for partners looking to establish technology management service revenue to partner with a proven service provider with 20 years of experience in managed technology service delivery.

“We’re really excited about this new program,” explains Matt Sawtell, VP of Managed Technology Services at CU*Answers. “It provides new revenue streams for partners while allowing them to deliver a wide portfolio of managed services to their clients. Partners can choose from a referral approach where they participate in the sales process and earn based on volume, or for those looking to build their own internal help desks and managed technology delivery, we have the Certified Delivery Partner, which is a co-delivery of services powered by CNS.”

The program features two SILOs options partners can select including Certified Referral Agent, where partners earn a percentage on annual sales, or Certified Delivery Partner which requires partners to have their own help desk staff to provide Level 1 support services to joint clients.

“This is a solution that helps our partners get in the business of offering technical services to credit unions at low risk and earn from that effort. We’ve been in this business for 20 years and are making our approaches and knowledge available to those that want to engage their marketplace with these important services,” explains David Wordhouse, EVP of Technology at CU*Answers.
