CU*Answers Launching Electronic Membership Account Application Product

CU*Answers, a 100% credit union owned CUSO, has set the foundation for an exciting credit union membership application process (MAP) offered through It’s Me 247 Online and Mobile Banking.

The application process allows for custom credit union branding, page layout, and selected color schemes. Multiple promotional sets can be delivered to target audiences at the same time for incentive to join. Testimonials are displayed to encourage consumers to become members. The completed application is delivered directly to the core processing system.

Throughout the application are opportunities to send the user to other websites that can help with sales and information. Regulatory requirements are in compliance with required forms and other security tools. The application process is easy, friendly and intuitive for any person to complete.

This is the foundation for a fully automated process where a member can apply, have a verification of their identity, fund the required par value, and set up their user name and password for online banking.
