CU*Answers Launches Mobile App 2.0 with Single Sign-On Remote Deposit Capture

The Internet Retailer Support Center (IRSC), a new support desk at CU*Answers for credit union virtual channel project managers, launched CU*Answers’ Mobile App 2.0 with single sign-on for mobile check deposits to four credit unions—Florida Hospital CU, Academic FCU, Sioux Empire FCU, and United Advantage NW FCU. Credit unions are getting on the schedule to deploy Mobile App 2.0, which is fully customizable by the credit union, who can choose what advertisements and promotions to display, brand mobile check deposit, and much more.

“In the past, our credit unions have looked to third-party vendors for their mobile check deposit needs; so we’re happy to be able to offer this option to our clients,” said Ken Vaughn, Assistant Manager of Mobile Applications Development Team. “The effort to provide this feature behind a single logon was challenging and required the hard work and coordination of multiple team and developers, so it’s exciting to see it all come together. We are proud of this first phase of RDC and believe it’s a solid foundation to build and improve on.”
