CU*Answers Keeps Clients Informed on the Call Report

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned core data processor, is continuing its practice of keeping its clients up to speed on all 5300 Call Report changes. In addition to the continuing improvements to their core platform CU*BASE®—new ratios and automation routines added in recent releases—CU*Answers has also provided its credit union clients with a quarterly announcement with any changes and tips on how to use the software.

The cooperative CUSO has emphasized its desire to continue growing the Call Report tool in CU*BASE, and has plans to make it easier to create “mini” Call Reports so that it is easier to enter only the account codes needed for the 5300 ratios. By doing so, CU*Answers hopes that credit unions will complete this task not just quarterly, but monthly so that credit unions can take advantage of the 5300 trend analysis tools included in the system. As always, the CUSO encourages credit unions to provide feedback and to share ideas on how the software might be improved.
