CU*Answers Introduces Updated Format to Alert Emails

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently updated the format for their Client Alert emails. These emails are sent out to online and self-processing credit unions each time a CU*BASE® alert or update is posted online.

The new format for alert emails will link to both the main alerts page as well as to the specific alert post that the email refers to. This is intended to streamline the experience for CU*Answers clients. Alerts notify client credit unions of 3rd party interruptions, connectivity issues, network maintenance, unexpected issues, and general announcements.

“Clear and open communications with our clients is a big part of what has made our organization successful,” said Andrew MacMillan, the new Communications Coordinator at CU*Answers. “Our credit unions trust that we will share with them quickly when something affects them.”
