Using MyCorporateVault, CU*Answers credit union clients can store their board reports, committee minutes, contracts, insurance policies, audit reports, internal policy and procedural documents, human resource applicant information, and payroll data. Sold exclusively by the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team, this solution includes database and database-management software for importing, scanning, retrieving, indexing, and managing critical data.

With the new MyCorporateVault imaging product, credit unions will be able to lock all of their confidential documents into an intuitive and robust database that will protect their sensitive data from physical loss and damage, as well as unauthorized disclosure and modification. The solution also includes the capability of storing data on secure, self-contained DVDs for off-site backup.
