West Michigan-based core data processor, CU*Answers, is enhancing its video education resources by introducing its first video with multiple versions to fit the most popular client configurations for online banking. In the past, CU*Answers has released video tutorials showing members who to perform certain tasks in the CUSO’s online banking system It’s Me 247. However, given the ability for each credit union to configure online banking to their liking, the video tutorials did not always match the exact process a member might have to go through.

The first video to have been recreated to match multiple configurations shows members how to log into online banking for the first time. Credit unions can now choose from one of six different versions of the video to place on their website that will match their configuration.

CU*Answers will soon be introducing more multi-version videos as part of its It’s Me 247 How-To video series.
