West Michigan cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently introduced the Internet Retailer Support Center (IRSC) as a one stop shop for its online and mobile banking solutions for credit unions. Credit unions looking to maximize their investment in selecting CU*Answers as their core data processor can use the IRSC to improve member online banking experience by implementing the following features:
It’s Me 247 Desktop Theme – allowing credit unions to brand It’s Me 247 Online Banking to their credit union colors.
Mobile Experience Center – ability to showcase a credit union’s mobile app offerings with links to the Apple or Google Play stores, as well as other recommended apps from within online banking and on a credit unions website.
It’s Me 247 Launch Points – a navigation feature designed to set the expectation with members that the credit union is the central hub to find important resources on the Internet, with launch points provided within online banking. Clients are able to add up to 24 links in 8 different locations within It’s Me 247 to promote either a credit union’s website or to give quick access to vendor sites.
It’s Me 247 Logout URLs – another navigation tool providing a special landing page for members when they logout of online banking, such as redirecting members directly to a credit union’s website.
Member Application Process (MAP) – providing an online membership application that is mobile friendly. Clients are able to custom brand their membership application with their credit union logo, colors, testimonials and more. CU*Answers will even work to create advertisements to target specific segments within a credit union’s community.
It’s Me 247 Hybrid Mobile App – client’s being able to secure a free It’s Me 247 Mobile App immediately via the Apple and Google app stores. Features include the ability for clients to add their own graphical ads, links to sites and services, assist questions and answers, branch locations, and access to It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking.
