CU*Answers, a cooperatively owned CUSO, is acknowledging the milestone service anniversaries of its staff with a new HR program. Beginning in October 2016, employees will be recognized for every 5 years of service they bring to the company. Those celebrating 5 years of service will be awarded with a check for $100 net pay, those with 10 or 15 years will receive $250, and employees who have provided 20 years of service (and every 5 years thereafter) will receive a check for $500 net pay as well as a dozen roses.

“Having the opportunity to recognize our staff for the time and commitment they have brought to our company is truly rewarding in itself,” said Amber Overla, the new VP of Organizational Resource Development at CU*Answers. “The ORD team is very excited to begin this program to celebrate our milestone employees each month.” Overla added that November sees the 35th work anniversary of Jim Vickers. “There’s no doubt that CU*Answers has created a great culture as evidenced by the long tenures of so many employees here.”
