On October 26, the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team hosted a round table webinar for credit unions subscribing to their release management service. Release management service is available to credit unions that leverage an in-house imaging solution provided by CU*Answers. The service provides updates to these credit unions’ in-house imaging systems, moving the burden of keeping the systems up to date from the credit union to the Imaging Solutions team.

During the event the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team provided updates on the latest 16.10 CU*BASE® release and shared what upcoming features they would be working on. The group spent most of the time collaborating on common interests as they pertain to their in-house imaging solutions, discussing desired features, shared how they use the system today and made other suggestions. The focus group is looking forward to their next meeting in February which will be combination of an in-person and online event.
