On October 24, CU*Answers Imaging Solutions hosted a webinar on designing an imaging strategy for the credit unions in their network. 36 credit unions in all took part and learned all about the “dos and don’ts” of designing a good imaging strategy. The webinar was hosted by John Beauchamp, VP of Professional Services – Imaging Solutions, who has been helping credit unions with their imaging strategies for over 15 years. Mr. Beauchamp shared how to identify and write good goals for an imaging strategy, what should be considered when writing a strategy, as well defining what offensive and defensive tactics are. Lastly, Beauchamp made known what tactics, both offensive and defensive, were available through the CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team to assist credit unions with their strategies.
