CU*Answers is currently undergoing a face-lift. The 100% credit union-owned CUSO is transforming its Grand Rapids location to accommodate more space for staff and clients. The expansion began in October 2012 and is scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2013. Although there are drills, hammers, and drywall dust, CU*Answers continues to host prospective clients, internal training sessions, and are facilitating meetings and planning sessions for current clients/owners.  

The month of February was busy with over 9 internal training sessions for the Network Services and Programming Teams combined. Western Districts Members Credit Union used the CU*Answers facilities to welcome new members and to say hello to current members by sponsoring an Ice Cream Social. Once the construction subsides there will be more space available for the expanding CUSO to host and meet the needs of their clients/owners.
