CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently hosted a grand opening event for the new navigation of the CU*BASE core software. The event was held at their Grand Rapids headquarters and was focused on raising awareness about the software upgrade among internal staff, as well as offering an educational session to inform staff of the changes that would be coming to CU*BASE in February of 2017.

The grand opening event was primarily organized by members of the Writing Team, with assistance from additional departments. Snacks and beverages were provided and a giveaway was held for staff. The grand opening event will be followed by additional educational materials for CU*Answers staff, leading up to the public introduction of the new navigation to clients.
