CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO announced it hosted its monthly Tricks of the Trade webinar for the month of April. This month’s session reviewed several documents available in the CU*Answers Risk Assessment Center including the It’s Me 247 Online Banking risk assessment product feature matrix. The 30-minute session gave an overview of what documentation is available at no extra cost on the cuanswers.com website and where it the documentation is located.
