CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO recently debuted its Board Report Playbook to help credit unions review their current board packet gathering process. The document was created to accomplish two tasks. First, it is meant to help newly converted credit unions with options that many CU*Answers experts have chosen as potential board packet candidates. Second, it is meant to be disruptive to existing CU*BASE® credit unions board packet gathering process.
CU*Answers has created tools to assist credit unions in easily publishing board packet ready documents when the time is needed. Some of the tools highlighted within the Board Report Playbook are dashboards, PDF download opportunities, and the report scheduler. All of the aforementioned tools are available within CU*BASE with little effort. The playbook will be reviewed quarterly and updated with any new opportunities that CU*Answers experts have found to be helpful.
