The Statement Processing & Verification Tasks handbook is a compilation of all the procedures, tips, and knowledge about what CU*Answers does each month to ensure member statements go off without a hitch.

In-house credit unions on the CU*BASE^® core processing platform are sure to benefit as they approach an important time of year. In addition to the wealth of information provided in the handbook, CU*Answers has also shared its processing worksheet with self-processors in the hope that it provides them with a crisp, clean way to track their month- and year-end statement processing requirements.

CU*Answers also announced that its Statement Verification Team is on hand to answer any questions in-house clients may have.
