CU*Answers Gives Credit Unions Ability to Analyze Staff on Services Usage

In a recent software release to credit unions, CU*Answers provided its partner credit unions with the ability to analyze CU employees on whether they were using the credit union’s own services. The West Michigan-based core data processor said the enhancement to its Targeted Tiered Scoring Analysis dashboard on the CU*BASE® platform would allow users to select a group of individuals based on their employee type and compare that group side-by-side with the average member.

“The theme of CU*Answers this past year has been “Walking in the Members’ Shoes,” said Scott Page, EVP of Sales. “We challenged our staff to use the software we design more, and now we’re challenging credit unions to evaluate their employees on whether they’re using the services they offer to members.” With the enhancement, it will now be easy to tell whether employees are using services like e-statements, bill pay, credit cards, and much more at a higher rate than the entire membership.

“We’re encouraging all staff to become bigger supporters and cheerleaders of our organizations by better understanding the benefits our work provides to clients and members,” concluded Page.
