CU*Answers Gets Face-To-Face with POV

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned cooperative CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, recently launched “Presence Over Video” (POV) an internal initiative driving face-to-face communication as a primary delivery channel for client service excellence.

The purpose of the POV initiative is to connect, collaborate and communicate with each other and clients by communicating using video. Julie Gessner, CU*Answers Managed Services Sales Coordinator said, “There’s no denying telephone and electronic communications are critical to business operations. However, it is becoming increasingly important to balance those interactions with face-to-face communications.”

As part of the POV initiative CU*Answers rewards its staff with monetary bonuses for recording opportunities to chat using video technology. CU*Answers has made POV a fun and rewarding experience for staff while benefiting clients. A sense of community comes with the ability to interact and socialize added Gessner.
