CU*Answers Filling Open Positions as it Continues to Expand

The Organizational Resource Development Team at CU*Answers has been hard at work finding and training talented individuals. Over the course of the last three months, the organization has hired and begun the onboarding process for seventeen new employees. “We pride ourselves in our ability to smoothly immerse our new employees in the culture of the company and help them as they navigate their way to becoming successful at CU*Answers,” said Susanna Wojtkowiak, Organizational Development Administrator.

Opportunity is at a high at CU*Answers and the ORD is serious about encouraging internal candidates to step up and grab hold of that opportunity, while also sourcing, interviewing, and hiring external candidates that will be positive contributors. Job postings, career fairs, referrals, and social media are all avenues that are being used to fill the positions that are open.
