CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, is dedicated to its employees and encourages them to always continue learning and growing in their careers. As part of that purpose, the Organizational Resource Development Team (ORD) hosts the Employee Participation Program (EPP). This program offers over 100 classes focused solely on educating and helping their employees reach for their business goals. In early October, the ORD hosted the “Fall into EPP” Kick-off event providing snacks, registration instructions, and even a raffle! As a result 125 employees registered for brand new classes offered in October and November. This is a great start for a new season of Education at CU*Answers!
