CU*Answers, located in Grand Rapids, MI, is enhancing the way credit unions order ATM/debit cards to be faster and with a defaulted account and look-up feature in their newest 17.05 release that is available on May 21st to all the credit unions on CU*BASE®.

The feature will prevent fat-finger errors when ordering an ATM or debit card, as CU*BASE will now default the member’s account to which the card is being added into the attached accounts fields automatically, and offer a lookup to attach the correct account suffixes to the plastic. This enhancement eliminates the risk of a wrongly keyed account number, saves time and keystrokes, and will give CUs peace of mind that members’ transactions will go smoothly from the correct accounts, every time.
