CU*Answers Enhances Online Banking Logout Button

West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, recently enhanced the logout button for It’s Me 247 online banking by allowing credit unions more control over what pages members see when they log out of online banking. In the past when a member logged out, they would be directed back to the Online Banking Community page—the central login page with generic information about services. With the CUSO’s newest software release, credit unions now have even more control to push members to specific specials promotion the credit union may be having.

Scott Page, EVP at CU*Answers said, “In order for credit unions to become ‘Internet Retailers’ we as a CUSO partner need to give them more resources and control to design their strategy. It’s a big focus of ours over the next few years to put more tools into the hands of our credit unions to create the best online strategy possible.”
