CU*Answers Enhances Mobile Banking

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned cooperative, continues their focus on mobile banking with new enhancements for the mobile member experience. In addition to giving the member the ability to change their username, check loan rates and even apply for a loan, members can now change their password, create or change security questions, view their password change history detail, and contact the credit union for any assistance needed, all from their mobile device.

Eric Henning, Assistant Manager of the Online Banking Team, states, “The mobile space is not only here to stay, but growing and changing on a daily basis. CU*Answers is meeting that change and investing resources to continue to meet the needs of our credit union clients and their mobile banking members.” Henning added that CU*Answers has given mobile banking a strong position in its business plan.
