West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is enhancing the ability to view eStatements in its online banking product It’s Me 247 with the 16.5 CU*BASE® software release arriving in May. For credit unions that utilize the CU*Spy Imaging functionality to host member statements the members will no longer view their eStatements in a separate window, but instead will be able to view them right inside It’s Me 247 Online Banking.

Members can still view their eStatement in a separate window, if they want to view it while viewing their transaction history, for example. They just need to select “My Documents” and then “eStatements.” On the subsequent window where they select to “Continue to eStatements”, they will select to open that link in a new window.
