West Michigan- based CUSO, CU*Answers, recently announced it has converted its first West Virginia client. WV United Federal Credit Union ($24M, 4,800 members), located in Charleston, upgraded to CU*BASE on December 1s.
Within one day after the initial conversion, WV United FCU had started to utilize new products such as Mobile Web Banking, which is provided free to CU*Answers clients. Along with the data processing conversion, WV United FCU has elected to become an owner of CU*Answers, which is a 100% credit union-owned CUSO.
