CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO is giving its credit unions a sneak peak of the highly requested enhancement for two-way communication with indirect dealers. CU*Answers will be conducting a beta for the new feature, with full release coming later this year.

Credit unions will be able to streamline their lending department and improve their operations by communicating with dealers via a CU*Answers Counteroffer Exchange secure website. Counteroffers and comments will now be able to be handled quickly and easily, ensuring that credit unions get the best deals and rates. Conversation history will be stored within the loan collateral comments in CU*BASE®, CU*Answers’ core processing platform.
