CU*Answers, the 100% credit-union owned, cooperative CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has completed its first integration with CUDL from CU Direct. CU*Answers is now offering integrations with CUDL as a standalone indirect, and with Lending 360 the full loan origination platform from CU Direct. Honor Credit Union (Berrien Springs, MI) went live with the CUDL integration on September 4, 2019 and will be transitioning to the Lending 360 LOS effective October 1st.
The integration with CU Direct utilizes a two-way communication to create a seamless communication of data between the two systems. The application and underwriting process is handled completely within the CU Direct software. Once approved the loans are sent to CU*BASE®, CU*Answers’ core processing platform. The approved loans will then go through the account opening and funding process in the core.
First Financial Credit Union (Skokie, IL), in conjunction with Honor, drove the change to bring the partnership with CU Direct to allow any credit unions within the CU*Answers network to find the best solution for their needs. CU*Answers is proud to be flexible in its approach to work with many vendors at the request of its credit union owners. CU*Answers looks forward to continued success with CU Direct and the next credit union looking for an integration with either solution offered by CU Direct.
