CU*Answers Begins Rollout of Communications Pieces for CU*BASE® New Navigation

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, data processing CUSO, recently began rolling out communication pieces related to the new CU*BASE navigation project. The communications plan includes a series of emails, each featuring tips, reminders, and brief overviews of some of the new features coming to CU*BASE in February. Each email also includes links to additional resources, such as a tutorial video on the new navigation, and the Kitchen page on the CU*Answers website.

Initially, these emails will be delivered to internal staff at CU*Answers, CU*SOUTH, and CU*Northwest. However, starting in January, emails related to the new navigation will also be delivered to client credit unions, to coincide with training sessions hosted by the CU*Answers Education Team.
