CU*Answers Announces Winners of Online Banking Contest

CU*Answers, data processor to nearly 200 credit unions nationwide, recently announced the winners of its contest “5 Pages Inside It’s Me 247.” The contest, which began in June, was held in an effort to gather ideas for expanding the data processor’s online banking platform It’s Me 247 online banking. The first place prize of $2500 went to Element Federal Credit Union in Charleston, West Virginia. Element staff came up with content that will be easy to produce and manage and that will have universal appeal to credit union members, giving the CU*Answers Web Services team a great place to start for expanding online banking content.

Coming in second place with a prize of $1,000 was Pathways Financial Credit Union with branches in and around Columbus, Ohio. In third place with a prize of $500 was Honor Credit Union, which has branches throughout Michigan’s upper and lower peninsulas.

“Client participation in the design process for our tools and software is incredibly important to our organization,” said Randy Karnes, CU*Answers CEO. “As a cooperative CUSO, getting our credit unions to think more about how the tools they use are designed will pay dividends in the future as we design the products of tomorrow.”
