CU*Answers Announces Top 10 of What Clients are Googling in their Knowledgebase

Clients Make Over 500 Searches to Find Answers to Their Questions

CU*Answers announced today the top ten questions most googled in their knowledgebase.  These questions were searched for in the Answer Book, the CU*Answers knowledgebase, and were ranked according to the number of time clients searched for and viewed an answer.  Over 500 searches were made of the top ten questions alone.  Topping the list, clients were most interested in answers to the following questions: “What are the network routing requirements for CU*BASE® GOLD?” (with 81 views).  (CU*BASE is CU*Answers’ core processing software.)

Additional questions clients were interested in dealt with delinquency and online banking security.  Clients asked “Can you track and send late notices to co-signer?” (54 views), “Can the credit union choose who to send a late or delinquent notice to?” (50 views), and “What are the requirements for a password in It’s Me 247 online banking?” (44 views).

Based on the analysis, clients were also very interested in CU*Answers’ online banking feature where members could view other memberships they were primary or joint on.  “We are thinking of activating the new See and Jump feature for online banking.  Can you explain the thinking behind the security and why only account owners can have access?” received 43 views.
