CU*Answers announced that this month’s “Tricks of the Trade” webinar will highlight the new native It’s Me 247 Bill Pay product with payment processing by Payveris. The thirty-minute training will cover answers to frequently-asked questions, videos, a feature comparison, as well as other resources to help clients learn more about the new bill pay solution.
This webinar highlights the “top picks” published in the 49th issue of the “Tricks of the Trade” newsletter, a monthly publication designed to help CU*Answers clients learn more about available documentation.
“There certainly is a great deal of interest in the new It’s Me 247 Bill Pay solution,” said Alycia Meyers, technical writer at CU*Answers. Previously we held two trainings on the product and about 200 attendees joined. While the Tricks of the Trade webinar does not generally get quite this amount of interest, we do have a good following and I expect it will be well attended.”
The December Tricks of the Trade webinar will be held on Tuesday, December 15th at 3:30 PM ET.
