CU*Answers Announces New Support for Credit Union Developers

CU*Answers, a 100% credit union owned CUSO, will be launching a new support team for credit union developers in 2017. With a new DHD (Developer’s Help Desk) business manager, a DHD Online Store will be developed to provide consulting, education, project management (including custom requests), API documentation and coordination, and service/product fulfillment.

This DHD retailing initiative will provide marketing initiatives, pricing models, and case studies showing where the DHD focus has changed the CU*Answers perspective on meeting the marketplace needs for improved data management and a new proactive identity.

“DHD will provide a solid proof of concept for CU*Answers and its credit unions to use data and our embedded tools as a competitive advantage for CUs and our CUSO,” states Randy Karnes, CEO.

The CU*Answers 2017 Business Plan is strongly focused on expanding the style of retailing for the CUSO’s clients, including virtual support and contact centers.
