CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO recently released a new dashboard to help credit unions better understand their online credit card portfolios. Supplementing the existing EFT and loan portfolio dashboards, the new Credit Card Portfolio dashboard lets credit unions focus just on their credit cards.

With options to select based on loan category, purpose and security codes, branch numbers, or loan officer IDs, users can investigate further transactions and view the total payments received, cash advances, balance transfers, finance charges posted, late fines posted, number of accounts with balances, total balances of your loans, number of accounts without balances and number of accounts with finance charges.

Other features include the ability to view a schedule of upcoming reissues, and calculate associated expense; and to perform a comparative analysis of credit card loan categories, BINs, rewards, members, etc. over time.
