Core processing CUSO, CU*Answers, announced it will be aligning with the usual Fed holidays, including Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd. It also announced it will be closed during the day on Saturday, December 31st.
During those days, CU*Answers said it will be operating via its normal after-hours support process, to provide assistance – especially to any tellers who will be working that day. They also stated that it will be treating these days as processing days, however, that since the Fed Reserve will be closed for these days, there will be no ACH or share draft activity available for processing.
Finally, CU*Answers reiterated that for any of its clients being open these days, its after-hours support resources would still be available to provide support on a select basis as may be required.
