CU*Answers Announces “Get Connected”

CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned CUSO, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, recently announced its 2016 Employee Participation Program to its staff.

The intent of the Employee Participation Program (EPP) is to connect the people at CU*Answers to the network of opportunities available to our clients. Courses are designed to increase the staff knowledge in key areas including building security, business continuity, enterprise risk management, records and information management, and excellence in client services. Additionally EPP courses included the “Get Connected” series. This series introduces staff to products and service offerings of CU*Answers and the key staff members who lead the initiatives.

Julie Gessner, CU*Answers Managed Services Sales Coordinator says, “By applying a means of transferring knowledge throughout the organization, our clients benefit by having a resource to assist in connecting to the people and processes within the network that can help them meet their goals.”

With oversight provided by the Organizational Resource Development team, staff are responsible for self-administration using the Learning Campus, a program also available to CU*Answers clients.
