West Michigan based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, released its 2016 schedule of education events known as “Dashboard Dives.” The series focuses on management level dashboards that are standard features of the CUSO’s flagship core processing system, CU*BASE®. The dashboards allow clients to quickly gather data from the system with a click-of-a-button versus creating custom reports, which can take up time.

The material covered in the “Dashboard Dives” includes collections management, loan portfolio review, relationship pricing statistics, EFT portfolio review, and more. Credit unions will hear from the best as each event will be hosted by CU*Answers CEO Randy Karnes and other leadership staff in the cuasterisk.com network.

The “Dashboard Dive” series is part of CU*Answers Executive Study Groups, a forum for leaders to discuss the issues that affect their credit unions, staff, and the industry at large. Participants meet to share information and discover new strategies to make operations more efficient for everyone.
