West Michigan-based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, announced all Online Data Processing clients received the new 12.0 Software Upgrade for the flagship data processing software, CU*BASE on July 22nd, 2012. CU*Answers stated the 12.0 software upgrade is second of three major software upgrades it will be deploying to its data processing clients in 2012. The new software upgrade will deliver product enhancements to nearly every area of the credit union, including back office, management, member service, lending, etc. CU*Answers said some of the highlighted new features include:
- Enhanced Concentration Risk Analysis
- New Smart Messaging features for Online Banking
- Abnormal Activity Monitoring
- Several new Dashboard Tools and much more
CU*Answers went on to say they are proud to announce the new CU*BASE software upgrades are provided at no cost to CU*Answers clients.
