Credit Union CEOs are invited to attend this years CEO strategies event being held the week of November 9-13, 2009. The CUSO is offering a flexible 3 day format, allowing attendees to choose between Nov 9th 11th, or the 11th-13th. The theme for this years CEO Roundtable is “Peers Coaching Peers through Brainstorming.” The event will include break-out groups covering topics suggested by CU*Answers Board of Directors, as peer CEOs facing the same challenges as other CU*Answers clients/owners running a credit union today.
A highlight of the event will be Day 2, CEO School which encompasses a day of mentoring and coaching by CU*Answers CEO, Randy Karnes. He will discuss how to use CU*BASE tools as a credit union CEO to interact with management and Board teams.
