West Michigan-based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, introduced a new feature to the CU*BASE^® core data processing system. The new feature, an EFT dashboard, will show the history of all card status changes made on a member’s ATM, debit and credit cards, and will also show card status changes made for members by any credit union employee. In addition to its use as a research tool, this is a valuable tool for auditors to use when monitoring transaction risk, which is why the tool is also available from the new Enterprise Risk Management menu.

The dashboard makes finding specific information easy to accomplish by allowing the user to sort by a number of different categories, and also includes filters for limiting the results on the screen. Additionally, users can access additional card status information or a card inquiry for listed cards directly from the dashboard. CU*Answers added that the dashboard was included as part of its 12.2 Release to credit unions.
